Notes
• Orders placed through this service are limited to one per person for each performance date.
• Available only while stocks last.
• Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each pickup time slot has a limited capacity and will close once it is full.
• To place an order, select your desired pickup time, then select the items you wish to purchase.
• Once your order has been confirmed, the order details cannot be changed.
• Please note that purchase limits apply to each item.
• Please note that the actual product design and specifications may vary.
• Only the person who placed the order is permitted to pick up the items at the venue.
• Any orders that have not been picked up by the time the merchandise pickup booth closes on the applicable performance date will be automatically canceled. Please check your pickup date and time and ensure that you collect your order within the designated pickup period.


<How to Purchase and Pick Up at the Venue>
1. On the Venue Pickup Reservation Site, select your preferred pickup date and time at the venue.
2. Add the merchandise you would like to purchase and pick up at the venue to your cart.
3. Select your payment method
4. After completing your registration, check your "Venue Pickup Order History" on your My Page.
5. How to Pick Up Your Items
Please have either A or B below ready and proceed to the Merchandise Pickup Counter inside the venue.
A: FaN ID Members: Please present the QR code for the applicable order from the "Purchase History/Delivery Status List" in your order history on your mu-mo SHOP My Page.
B: For customers who purchased without logging in: Please present the QR code from the "Purchase History/Delivery Status Details" under "Order Confirmation."

• Please have your order number and the phone number you registered at the time of purchase ready, as they will be required.

• To display the QR code from the "Purchase History/Delivery Status List" on mu-mo SHOP, you will need your order number and the phone number you registered at the time of purchase. Please make sure you have them available.

*If a product you purchased is defective and needs to be replaced with a new one, only the product will be replaced, and you will not need to return any bonus items. However, if a refund of the product price is necessary, you will be required to return both the product and the bonus items. Please be aware of this in advance.
