Waiting for, following, or taking photos of the performers at hotels, public transport facilities, in front of shops, etc. is a nuisance to the facilities and other users, and is also dangerous. Please refrain from doing so as it may lead to a serious accident.

◆The sale or purchase of tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
Listing or purchasing tickets on resale sites or reselling them near the venue is prohibited. We are also not responsible for any disputes between customers. We will not refund any tickets that are invalid or for which you are denied entry.
 
◆Please check the precautions for bringing in cheering goods.
The use of boards, fans, slogans, etc. using photos of members is prohibited. Bringing in cheering goods that are large enough to disturb other customers is prohibited. Please use cheering goods at chest height. Bringing in unofficial penlights is prohibited. Bringing in any other light-up cheering goods other than official goods is prohibited. Homemade cheering goods that infringe on copyrights, portrait/publicity rights, trademark rights, or any other rights, such as characters, photographs, portraits of celebrities, or corporate/product logos, are also prohibited.
 
◆Planning by fans is prohibited.
Please refrain from doing so as it may disrupt the performance.
 
◆Handouts and the sale of illegal goods around the venue are strictly prohibited.
Producing and selling merchandise without permission is illegal. We may be forced to take legal action against you for any illegal activity.
 
◆Recording, filming, photography, and live streaming are strictly prohibited inside the live venue.
If anyone is found engaging in prohibited behavior, their data will be erased and they will be asked to leave immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be given for the ticket price.
