After purchasing your ticket, please complete the following steps 1-5 in advance before coming to the venue on the day of the event.
If you have not completed the necessary procedures, it may take some time before you can enter the venue.

*Customers who have purchased tickets for [SPECIAL SEAT] or [PREMIUM SEAT] (including accompanying persons) are requested not to cancel their TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP) membership until the day of the performance.
For 【SPECIAL SEAT】 and 【PREMIUM SEAT】, you will need to log in to "TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP)" when issuing your ticket.
*Only TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP) members are eligible to receive tickets, have them distributed, enter the venue on the day of the performance, and use the resale service (SPECIAL SEATs are excluded).
*TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP)memberIn that caseIf your membership expires before the performance date, please be sure to renew it.
*Please note that customers who have purchased a PREMIUM SEAT (including accompanying persons) and have canceled their membership will not be able to receive tickets, distribute tickets, enter the venue on the day of the performance, or use resale services unless they rejoin the club and obtain a new membership number.
While it is possible to join on the day of the performance, please be sure to join by the day of the performance, as the registration process may take some time and may delay your entry.

*If you launch the smartphone app "AnyPASS" after the event display start date (ticket issuance start date), and AnyPASS is registered on the device of the phone number you registered as the mobile phone number for receiving tickets when purchasing tickets, a ticket collection notification will be displayed.
*This will only be displayed if you have a ticket to pick up at your registered phone number.

■4. Ticket distribution
*For this performance, each person must present one ticket to enter.
*If you purchase two or more tickets, please distribute them to your companions.
*Please note that tickets purchased by the purchaser cannot be distributed or transferred.

■5. How to enter on the day of the event
*QR code authentication will be required at the entrance to the venue, so please display the app's HOME screen and proceed to the entrance.
Event participation is not permitted via screenshots of QR codes or screen captures.
*For this performance, each person will be required to show a QR code to enter.
*If neither the applicant nor their companion has completed steps 1-4, entry may be delayed.
Please be sure to download and distribute your tickets before arriving at the venue.
*The entrance will be extremely crowded just before the show starts.
Please allow ample time to arrive early, as you may not be able to enter the venue in time for the start of the performance.
