After purchasing your ticket, please complete the following steps 1-5 in advance before coming to the venue on the day of the event.
If you have not completed the necessary procedures, it may take some time before you can enter the venue.

*Customers who have purchased tickets at the [TREASURE MAKER Member Price], [SPECIAL SEAT], or [PREMIUM SEAT] (including accompanying persons) are requested not to cancel their fan club membership until the day of the performance.
For tickets purchased at the [TREASURE MAKER Member Price], [SPECIAL SEAT], or [PREMIUM SEAT], you will need to log in to "TREASURE GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP)" when issuing your ticket.
TREASURE GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP)Only members can issue, distribute, enter the venue on the day of the performance, and use the resale service.
* If you are a member of TREASURE GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP) and your membership expires before the performance date, please be sure to renew your membership.
Please note that if you have canceled your membership, you will not be able to use services such as ticket issuance, distribution, entry on the day of the performance, or resale service for tickets at the [TREASURE MAKER member price] or [PREMIUM SEAT] unless you rejoin and obtain a new membership number.
While it is possible to join on the day of the performance, please be sure to join by the day of the performance, as the registration process may take some time and may delay your entry.
*Customers who have purchased a [SPECIAL SEAT] (including accompanying persons) must keep the same TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP) membership number they used when applying until the day of the performance. If your membership expires after applying and you rejoin and obtain a new membership number, your membership period will be less than one year, and you will be denied entry.
*If you purchased tickets for your companions at the [TREASURE MAKER Member Price] or [PREMIUM SEAT], please ensure that your companions also join TREASURE GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP) by the day of the performance, and then distribute the tickets to them. [TREASURE MAKER Member Price] and [PREMIUM SEAT] tickets cannot be distributed to non-members.
*For SPECIAL SEATs, your membership date (including that of any accompanying person) will be verified upon entry on the day of the performance via the email you received when you joined or through TREASURE GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP) SITE.
*If, upon entry on the day of the performance, we are unable to confirm that your membership date qualifies you as eligible, or if it is discovered that you are not eligible, you will be denied entry. In such cases, no refund will be given for the ticket price.

(Regarding Limited Tickets)
This ticket is for children of elementary school age or younger, or for individuals aged 60 or older on the day of the performance. Age verification will be conducted at the entrance on the day of the performance, so please be sure to bring your identification. If your identification cannot be verified, or if it is discovered that you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you will be denied entry. In such cases, the ticket price will not be refunded.

■3. How to receive your tickets
*If you launch the smartphone app "AnyPASS" after the event display start date (ticket issuance start date), and AnyPASS is registered on the device of the phone number you registered as the mobile phone number for receiving tickets when purchasing tickets, a ticket collection notification will be displayed.
*Registered phone number This will only be displayed if a ticket is available for that number.

■4. Ticket distribution
*For this performance, each person must present one ticket to enter.
*If you purchase two or more tickets, please distribute them to your companions.
*Please note that tickets purchased by the purchaser cannot be distributed or transferred.
*Your companions will also need to download AnyPASS, register for AnyPASS, and link their +ID.

■5. How to enter on the day of the event
*QR code authentication will be required at the entrance to the venue, so please display the app's HOME screen and proceed to the entrance.
Event participation is not permitted via screenshots of QR codes or screen captures.
*For this performance, each person will be required to show a QR code to enter.
*If neither the applicant nor their companion has completed steps 1-4, entry may be delayed.
Please be sure to download and distribute your tickets before arriving at the venue.
*The entrance will be extremely crowded just before the show starts.
Please allow ample time to arrive early, as you may not be able to enter the venue in time for the start of the performance.
