■How to list
*Even if you list an item, it does not necessarily mean that it will be completed.
*If a resale is unsuccessful, the ticket will be automatically returned to the original poster at 0 minutes past the hour after the resale period ends for each performance.

Even if you did not receive an email due to notification settings or domain restrictions, your ticket has been refunded, so please check the app.

(2) Distributing tickets (when listing the ticket purchased by the original purchaser)
If you resell the tickets of your companions, you can distribute them even after listing them for sale.
If the original purchaser is unable to attend and is selling the tickets, please distribute all tickets to their companions beforehand.
Also, if a companion returns the ticket after the resale for the purchaser has been completed, the ticket can still be put up for resale, but please note that the ticket cannot be redistributed to another companion.
*When distributing tickets, please distribute them in order from the tickets at the top of the screen displayed on the "My Events" ticket list screen.
Please note that distributing seats with gaps in between will result in seats not being next to each other.
(3) Put tickets up for sale
From the "My Events" ticket list screen, press the [List for Sale] button.
(4) Agree to the listing terms and proceed
(5) On the ticket listing screen, set the number of tickets to sell and the conditions, then press the [List] button.
*The number of items you can list can be set in increments of one, within the total number of items you have purchased.
*Once the listing is complete, "Currently listed" will be displayed next to the ticket in the "My Events" ticket list screen.

*If the transfer fails due to an error in your registered account number, the amount will be deposited after deducting the retransfer fee (550 yen) upon resending.

■How to list
*Even if you list an item, it does not necessarily mean that it will be completed.
*If a resale is unsuccessful, the ticket will be automatically returned to the original poster at 0 minutes past the hour after the resale period ends for each performance.
We will also notify you by email at the same time.
Even if you did not receive an email due to notification settings or domain restrictions, your ticket has been refunded, so please check the app.
Please note that ticket fees are non-refundable.
*Depending on the processing status of the ticket in question, it may take some time for the returned ticket to be reflected in "My Events".

(2) Distributing tickets (when listing the ticket purchased by the original purchaser)
If you resell the tickets of your companions, you can distribute them even after listing them for sale.
If the original purchaser is unable to attend and is selling the tickets, please distribute all tickets to their companions beforehand.
Also, if a companion returns the ticket after the resale for the purchaser has been completed, the ticket can still be put up for resale, but please note that the ticket cannot be redistributed to another companion.
*When distributing tickets, please distribute them in order from the tickets at the top of the screen displayed on the "My Events" ticket list screen.
Please note that distributing seats with gaps in between will result in seats not being next to each other.
(3) Put tickets up for sale
From the "My Events" ticket list screen, press the [List for Sale] button.
(4) Agree to the listing terms and proceed
(5) On the ticket listing screen, set the number of tickets to sell and the conditions, then press the [List] button.
*The number of items you can list can be set in increments of one, within the total number of items you have purchased.
*Once the listing is complete, "Currently listed" will be displayed next to the ticket in the "My Events" ticket list screen.

*If the transfer fails due to an error in your registered account number, the amount will be deposited after deducting the retransfer fee (550 yen) upon resending.

In order to purchase tickets resold at the AnyPASS STORE, you will need to register for AnyPASS.

(3) Purchase a ticket
If you have a preferred ticket, select the ticket and proceed to payment.
*Please note that when purchasing the following tickets sold through TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP) 1st and 2nd pre-sales and PREMIUM SEAT upgrade by drawing lots, you will need to log in to "TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP)" at the time of purchase.
