Information on goods sales start time & numbered tickets for purchasing goods

At each venue of "TREASURE JAPAN ARENA TOUR 2022-23~HELLO~", goods will be sold in compliance with infection prevention guidelines and thorough measures to prevent infection with the new coronavirus.
As a preventive measure, we will sell "goods purchase numbered tickets" (free) to alleviate congestion.
Please check the following contents and use the venue sales!

[Notes on applying/receiving numbered tickets for purchasing goods]
* Numbered tickets will be sold (free) on a first-come, first-served basis within the time frame of your choice.
* Even if you do not have a performance ticket, you can apply for a numbered ticket.
* A smartphone compatible with the smartphone application "AnyPASS" is required to receive a numbered ticket.
* If the numbered ticket cannot be displayed on "AnyPASS", the numbered ticket will be invalid.
* Only the terminal with the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number (AnyPASS ticketing) column of the customer information at the time of application can receive the numbered ticket. Please enter the mobile phone number of your smartphone on the day of the performance.
*Please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the performance, as you will not be able to receive a numbered ticket on a terminal with a different mobile phone number.
*Please note that even if you purchase multiple times with the same mobile phone number, you cannot transfer it to another person.
* After completing the application, it will take about 15 minutes until you can receive the numbered ticket on the AnyPASS app. When it becomes possible to receive the tickets, we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you registered when you applied for the numbered ticket.

For each purchase of 6,000 yen (tax included) of official goods (including fan club member-exclusive goods and existing goods) at the venue goods section, one "photo card (10 random types)" will be presented on a first-come, first-served basis!

[Notes on purchasing goods on the day of the performance]
* Numbered ticket for goods purchase is one per person. Companions cannot enter the sales floor together. (Only customers with children under elementary school age can accompany them.)
*Please come to the goods section 20 minutes before each time slot. We will call you in the order listed on the goods purchase ticket. Please note that if you are not present when we call you, we will direct you to the next number.
* Numbered tickets for purchasing goods are valid only during the relevant time on the day. When lining up, please move according to the guidance of the staff.
* Please note that depending on the sales situation, you may not be able to purchase the sold out products even if you have a numbered ticket for purchasing goods.
* The goods purchase Yakusoku ticket does not guarantee the purchase of the product. Please note that depending on the situation on the day, we may be out of stock.
*Even if you do not have a numbered ticket for goods purchase, you can use the goods sales floor after the purchase of those who have a numbered ticket.
* You cannot reuse the goods purchase numbered ticket that has been used once.
* We will not reissue numbered tickets for purchasing goods.

* The sales floor is expected to be crowded during the opening and after the performance, so please use the venue sales as soon as possible.
* All products are limited in number and will end as soon as they run out even before the opening time. Please note.
* Even customers who do not have tickets on the day can use the goods sold at the venue.
*Please wear a mask at the merchandise sales venue and refrain from talking in a loud voice.
* Staying up all night and gathering late at night at the venue and around the venue will be a nuisance to the neighborhood, so it is strictly prohibited. In addition, if a nuisance is discovered, you may not be able to purchase the product due to operational judgment.
*Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff when lining up at the waiting position for product sales.
* After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please be sure to check the product, size, quantity, change, etc. that you have purchased on the spot.
