Since we want more customers to participate in "BIGBANG JAPAN DOME TOUR 2013-2014", we decided to sell it as an additional seat. As a result of verifying the final drawings and actually building a stage set and performing site verification, we decided to sell seats that can be opened.

・ Depending on the image and performance, the seats may be difficult to see for all or part of the performance. In addition, it may be difficult to hear the sound, and you may be anxious about the sound of the equipment.
・ The seats will be in the same area as the reserved seats, but there is a high possibility that you will not be able to see the video and performance on the main stage.
・ Please note that there are individual differences in the feeling of being invisible, hard to hear, and annoying.

■ Number of tickets: Up to 2 tickets per person per performance
* Exchanges will be made in order of reference number. Please come by the time you start redeeming.
* The seats will be exchanged in the order of the reference numbers, but seats will be randomly given out by by drawing lots.
* Customers who purchase 2 cards may not be serial numbers.

[Reserved seat on balcony]
・ Reserved seats will be "balcony seats on the 6th, 7th and 8th floors". It will be in a high place, so it is not recommended for people with fear of heights.
・ Including seats where production is difficult to see due to equipment.
・ Due to the combination of seats, customers who apply for two or more seats may leave their seats. Please note in advance
・ There is no merchandise store, food / drink store, or smoking area in the balcony area. Please complete before you enter. Please note that we will not allow you to go out or re-enter once.
・ While you move to the balcony seats, there is a waiting room, but you cannot use that room or facility due to administrative reasons. Please note that in case of any damage, you may be required to pay the actual cost.

● If you lose your voucher on the day and forget your ID with a face photo, you will not be admitted in any case.

[To prevent resale and strengthen security, we will do the following thoroughly. ]
● Please be sure to purchase with the PIA member ID of the person who will enter on the day.
● When you issue a ticket, the name registered with the PIA member will be printed at the bottom of the ticket.
● Ticket redemption is limited to the applicant (the name given at the bottom of the ticket).
At the time of redemption, you will be asked to show your ID with a face photo to verify your identity.
If you are accompanied by someone, please be sure to come with us.
● Even if you apply on behalf of a family member or friend, you must be the person whose name is listed at the bottom of the ticket to enter the venue, so please be careful.
This sale is a voucher on the day. Please be sure to issue (issue) a voucher on the day at a nearby Seven-Eleven, Circle K Sunkus, or Pia store before coming to the venue.
On the day of the performance, you will be able to enter in exchange for a seat reservation ticket at the venue.

● Refunds after purchase, seat changes after admission, and complaints are not accepted.
