② Request for waiting (airport, station, accommodation, etc.)
If you wait at an airport or a train station, an accident involving a general customer unrelated to iKON may occur. In addition, please do not stop because it is very annoying. In addition, there are people who can come to the accommodation, but please stop it as it is troublesome for other guests.

③ Request at release event
Please cooperate so that everyone who participates can enjoy it comfortably.
* Those who put the safety of customers and artists first, may be allowed to carry out security checks, baggage inspection, and temporary baggage storage.
※ We will place security in the venue and operate it with extreme care, but if you see a suspicious person or suspicious thing, please talk to a guard nearby. .
* Please follow the instructions of the staff at the venue.
If you do not follow the instructions of the staff or the notes described in the "invitation ticket",

* Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. accompanying the event participation will be borne by the customer.
※ After the start time of each part of the event, you can not participate in the event regardless of reasons such as natural disaster or transportation failure.
* Events may be terminated due to circumstances such as time restrictions on venue use or delays in event progress. In this case, even if you have an "Invitation Ticket", you will not be able to participate in the event and will not be able to return products.
* At each venue, there is a possibility that another event will be held nearby. Please refrain from doing any other activities such as sitting down. In the unlikely event that it interferes with another event, we may refrain from participating in the event or cancel the event itself.
* There is no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a medical condition or need a medical device, please participate at your own risk.
* The staff may guide you by touching your shoulders or arms. Please participate only if you can understand this.
* When attending the event, please manage your valuables at your own risk.
* To prevent accidents and confusion on the day, various restrictions may be set as necessary, such as restrictions on conductors.
* Please note that the organizer cannot take any responsibility for the last train time after the event.
* Events may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, changes in members due to performers' illness or accidents, inadequate transportation facilities, or poor venue facilities.

No admission after the start time. Please be sure to come at the opening hours.
* All actions other than High Five (eg, shaking hands, grabbing arms, hugging, seeking autographs, giving presents, etc.) to participating members are prohibited.
* If you try to perform any action other than a High Five participating members, it will be regarded as a dangerous act and will be canceled immediately by the staff of the site.

<Equipment necessary for redeeming "Invitation ticket" for winners>

② Please bring a photo ID (driver's license, passport, student ID, photo card, etc.) at the time of entry.

We do not accept reception and receipt of dressing room flowers, stand flowers, and inserts in the personal name.

We are sorry that the places where you can place them in order to secure the unfairness and the safe passage of customers are limited, but I hope you understand that we have refused. In addition, we cannot refuse any items from everyone to the dressing room.
