It is possible to upgrade to an ARENA SEAT, but due to limited space, you will need to transfer from your wheelchair to your designated seat to watch the show. If the organizers determine that it is difficult for you to watch the show from an ARENA SEAT, you may be guided to a wheelchair-accessible area. Please note that ARENA SEATs will be located in the handicapped area of the arena, and S reserved seats will be located in the handicapped area of the stands.
Furthermore, regarding accompanying caregivers, we will only allow one caregiver to accompany the individual, and only those who require their presence on a regular basis. Please understand this in advance. Accompanying caregivers also require a ticket.
Even with an assistant present, due to space limitations, you may be seated side-by-side with a wheelchair user during the viewing. Wheelchairs are not available for rent, so please bring your own.

Tickets purchased through the <ARENA SEAT> upgrade by drawing lots are eligible for the official resale service.
Our official resale service allows people who can no longer attend an event to relinquish their tickets, and allows those who want to attend to purchase those tickets at face value.

■ How to receive your tickets
AnyPASS, a smartphone-only app.
*A smartphone compatible with the dedicated smartphone app "AnyPASS" is required to receive the item.
*Tickets can only be received on the mobile phone number registered in the "AnyPASS Ticket Issuance" field of your customer information during application. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number used at the time of purchase.)
Tickets cannot be received on devices with other mobile phone numbers, so please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the performance date. Changing your phone model while keeping the same phone number is not a problem.

■Our approach to this performance■
●Tickets for this performance will primarily be handled as digital tickets via "AnyPASS". Upon entry, please operate your smartphone yourself under the guidance of our staff.
●We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for performers. Please note that if you arrive at the venue, we will refuse it.
●During the performance, please watch from your seat, either standing or sitting. Leaving your seat, running forward, or leaning forward is prohibited.
●We will be implementing a controlled exit procedure after the performance, so we appreciate your cooperation.
●Please check the announcements made inside the venue again on the day of each performance.
■A request to all visitors■
