◆Please refrain from waiting outside venues or following performers.
Waiting for, chasing, or taking pictures of celebrities at hotels, public transportation facilities, or in front of shops is a nuisance to the facilities and other users, and is also dangerous. Please refrain from doing so as it can lead to serious accidents.

◆The sale and purchase of tickets for resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
Reselling tickets on resale websites, purchasing tickets, or reselling tickets around the venue is prohibited. We also cannot accept any responsibility for disputes between customers. No refunds will be given for invalidated tickets or tickets for which entry was refused.

◆Please check the guidelines regarding bringing in cheering goods.
The use of boards, fans, slogans, etc., featuring photos of the members is prohibited. Bringing in cheering goods that are too large to disturb other customers is prohibited. Cheering goods must be held at chest height. Bringing in unofficial penlights is prohibited. Bringing in any light-up cheering goods other than official merchandise is prohibited. Homemade cheering goods that infringe on copyrights, portrait rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, and other rights related to characters, photographs, portraits of celebrities, company/product logos, etc. are also prohibited.

◆Fan-organized projects are prohibited.
Please refrain from doing so, as it may disrupt the performance.

◆The distribution of materials and the sale of illegal goods around the venue are strictly prohibited.
Producing and selling merchandise without permission is illegal. We may be forced to take legal action against such illegal activities.

◆Recording, filming, photography, and live streaming are strictly prohibited inside the live venue.
If we find anyone engaging in prohibited activities, we will delete their data and immediately ask them to leave. In that case, no refunds will be given for the ticket price.

Custom-made support goods that infringe on copyrights, portrait rights, public rights, trademarks, or other rights of characters, photos, celebrities, companies, or product logos are also prohibited.

Such activities may interfere with the performance, so please refrain from doing so.

In the case of illegal activity, we may have to take legal action.

If such activities are found, the data will be deleted, and the person will be asked to leave immediately.
In such cases, no ticket refunds will be made.
