Precautions
- Each person may only place one order per performance date through this service.
• Products will be discontinued once the planned quantity is reached.
Orders will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a limited number of spots available for each time slot. Once the maximum number of spots is reached, registration will close.
• To place an order, select your desired delivery time, then select the items you wish to purchase.
Order details cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed.
Please note that there will be a limit on the number of items you can purchase.
・Designs and specifications are subject to change. Please be aware of this in advance.
- On-site pickup is limited to the person who placed the order.
Orders that are not picked up will be automatically canceled after the booth closes on each performance day. Please check the pickup date and time and pick up your order within the deadline.


<How to purchase and pick up at the venue>
1. Select your desired date and time for pickup at the venue on the special website for venue pickup applications.
2. Add the merchandise you want to pick up/purchase at the venue to your cart.
3. Select your payment method
4. After completing your application, check your "Venue Purchase History" on your My Page.
5. Regarding receiving your goods
Please bring either A or B below and come to the merchandise pick-up counter inside the concert venue.
A: For FaN ID members: Please present the QR code for the relevant order from "Purchase History/Delivery Status List" in your order history on mu-mo SHOP My Page.
B: For those who purchased without logging in: Please show the QR code from "Purchase History/Delivery Status Details" under "Order Confirmation".

Please remember your order number and the phone number you registered with us, as these will be required.

• To display the QR code from the "Purchase History/Delivery Status List" on mu-mo SHOP, you will need your order number and the phone number you registered with your account, so please do not forget them.

For every 8,000 yen (tax included) spent on official merchandise at the venue pickup service, you will receive one random photo card (10 types in total) on a first-come, first-served basis! (No limit on the number of cards you can receive)

*This campaign is only available at the venue. Purchases made through e-commerce are not eligible.
*All official merchandise sold through the venue pickup service is eligible for the bonus.
*If a product you purchased is defective and needs to be replaced with a new one, only the product will be replaced, and you will not need to return any bonus items. However, if a refund of the product price is necessary, you will be required to return both the product and the bonus items. Please be aware of this in advance.
