・We regret that we cannot allow anyone feeling unwell on the day of the event to participate. (This includes those with a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or those experiencing cough symptoms.)
Please cooperate with the venue staff to ensure smooth operation by following their instructions. Staff may touch your shoulder or arm when guiding you.
・Participation costs, such as transportation and accommodation fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation, accommodation, etc.

If litigation becomes necessary in connection with this project, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
If any fraudulent activity is detected, such as lending or borrowing identification without a photo, or reselling or transferring rights to obtain winning rights, the winning rights will be invalidated, and the person will be asked to leave regardless of the circumstances. Please note that anyone involved with the person in question will be excluded from future lottery draws.

<Regarding the lottery application>

<Applications from minors>
Applicants under the age of 18 require parental consent. If an application is submitted without parental consent, it may be canceled based on a complaint from the parent or guardian. In this case, we may consider it as interference with other customers' purchases and interference with our business operations, and may refuse all future applications from the applicant.
<Offline Event Precautions>
Details regarding the event will be sent only to the winners via the email address registered with WithLIVE, by WithLIVE.
*The meeting time and location will only be communicated to the winners. Please note that if you are late for the meeting time, you will not be able to participate and your winning entry will be invalidated.
*This will take place before the venue opens. Depending on the situation on the day, there may be significant delays in entry, etc. Please be aware of this in advance.
The winner will be the person who placed the order. Transfer of winning rights or changes to the winner are not permitted. Furthermore, accompanying guests are strictly prohibited, regardless of age.
If you are late for the meeting time, you will not be able to participate, regardless of the reason, including natural disasters or transportation disruptions.
- The use of boards, fans, slogans, etc. featuring photos of the members is prohibited.
Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, the event content may be changed or canceled at short notice. In such cases, we will not be able to cancel or refund purchased items.

Please be aware that filming may take place on the day of the event, and that you may appear in the footage.
Please refrain from bringing in or using homemade cheering goods (such as signs) that infringe on copyrights, portrait rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, or other rights related to characters, photographs, portraits of celebrities, company/product logos, etc.
- Direct physical contact with members, such as shaking hands, and handing them gifts are prohibited.
Depending on the situation regarding infectious diseases such as influenza, members may wear masks. We also recommend that customers wear masks.
<Detailed information for the offline event day>
We cannot answer inquiries regarding the results of your application, including whether you were selected or not.

If you do not receive the detailed email for the day due to reasons such as domain-specific email receiving settings, your winning entry will be invalidated.
• We will verify your identity at the venue on the day of the event. Please be sure to bring your identification with you.
Please note that if you do not arrive at the meeting place at the time specified in the detailed email sent on the day of the event, your winning entry will be invalidated for any reason.
・Entry will be via "electronic ticket," so only the product will be delivered. Please note that the "electronic ticket" will not be included in the package.
<Regarding identity verification>
The following forms of identification are required for identity verification. Please be sure to bring them with you on the day of your appointment.
1. One type of "photo ID" (showing the person's name, address, and photograph).

<Items that are not accepted as identification>
* Health insurance cards, bank passbooks, medical cards, invoices, various membership cards, and various types of mail will not be accepted as "proof of identity," even if they have your name and address printed on them.
■Notes
・We regret that we cannot allow anyone feeling unwell on the day of the event to participate. (This includes those with a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, or those experiencing cough symptoms.)
Please cooperate with the venue staff to ensure smooth operation by following their instructions. Staff may touch your shoulder or arm when guiding you.
・Participation costs, such as transportation and accommodation fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Even if you are unable to participate in the event because you do not meet the event participation conditions, we will not compensate for transportation, accommodation, etc.
・Videos and images of the event may be posted on official related websites. Please be aware of the possibility of appearing in them.
Serial codes and electronic tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including loss, theft, or damage.
The transfer or resale of serial codes and electronic tickets is strictly prohibited. Any invitation tickets (electronic tickets) that are deemed to have been transferred or resold by staff will be invalidated.
• The invitation ticket (electronic ticket) is only valid for the date shown on the screen. You will not be able to participate if you do not have an invitation ticket (electronic ticket) for the date shown on the screen.
• During your visit, we may conduct a baggage check and a body search using a metal detector. Your cooperation is appreciated.
・When participating, please be responsible for managing your own valuables.
・On the day of the event, various restrictions may be imposed as necessary to prevent accidents and disruptions.
Please note that we do not accept gifts or fan letters at the winner registration desk.
Please refrain from contacting the venue directly.
We will have security personnel stationed throughout the venue to ensure the event is run safely and securely. However, if you see any suspicious individuals or objects, please inform a nearby security guard.
• The venue does not have any special medical equipment. Those with pre-existing medical conditions or those requiring medical equipment should participate at their own risk.
・Due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, illness or accidents involving performers, transportation disruptions, or venue equipment malfunctions, the event may be canceled, postponed, or the date, time, location, or content may be changed. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
Please observe the "Prohibited Actions" listed below when participating. If a participant violates the "Prohibited Actions" listed below, or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable for participation for any other reason, their entry may be invalidated, and they may be asked to leave. In this case, we will not be able to refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
Even if an applicant or participant suffers any damage in connection with their participation in or inability to participate in this project, neither our company, the affiliated companies of this project, nor the artists will be held liable in any way, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
If litigation becomes necessary in connection with this project, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
If any fraudulent activity is detected, such as lending or borrowing identification without a photo, or reselling or transferring rights to obtain winning rights, the winning rights will be invalidated, and the person will be asked to leave regardless of the circumstances. Please note that anyone involved with the person in question will be excluded from future lottery draws.
The lottery system uses the WithLIVE application "WithLIVE Meet&Greet". Therefore, the information you provide (including personal information) will be shared between WithLIVE Co., Ltd. and Avex Music Creative Inc. Please be aware of this in advance.
■ Prohibited Actions <Please read carefully>
Transferring or reselling winning rights, scalping, copying, or forgery.
*Any winning rights will be invalidated if any of the above actions are detected.
*Forgery, duplication, and other fraudulent activities are crimes. If discovered, we will refuse your participation in the event and report it to the police.
- Overnight stays, sit-ins, and gatherings around the venue.
- Defamation, slander, intimidation, and verbal abuse against members and staff, etc.
- Entering the venue or participating in the event while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
・Recording, filming, and taking photos at the event venue
- Bringing equipment intended for recording, filming, or photographing into the venue is prohibited.
