Information regarding on-site sales at "2024 TREASURE FAN MEETING ~WONDERLAND~"

Merchandise will be sold at each venue of "2024 TREASURE FAN MEETING ~WONDERLAND~".

The sales start time will be announced at each venue approximately 5 days before the event.

■Information for Premium Seats
*For those with PREMIUM SEATS, there is a priority lane at the merchandise store in the venue. Please come to the merchandise store on the day of the performance and enter through the priority lane.
* When entering the merchandise store, please present your ticket via the smartphone app "AnyPASS." Please note that if you do not present your ticket, you will not be able to enter through the priority lane.
*Only the person in question will be allowed to enter once on the day. Please note that if a customer who has already used the PREMIUM SEAT priority lane entrance wishes to purchase merchandise again, they will be required to enter through the regular merchandise sales entrance.
*All products are limited in number. Please note that even if you are in the priority lane for PREMIUM SEAT, the offer will end as soon as the products run out.

■Limited benefits for purchasers at live venues
For every 6,000 yen (tax included) spent on official merchandise at the venue merchandise counter, you will receive one "Photo Card (10 types available at random)" on a first-come, first-served basis!

If the total purchase amount is 20,000 yen (tax included): 3 free items
If the total purchase amount is 40,000 yen (tax included): 6 free items
 
*You cannot specify the type of member.
* Receipts cannot be combined.
*Items purchased at the CAPSULE TOY and CD/DVD booths are not eligible.
*The "Photo Cards (10 types, random)" are limited in quantity and will be sold out once they are gone.
*This campaign is limited to the venue. Purchases made via EC are not eligible.
*All official goods sold at the venue are eligible for the benefit.
*If the product you purchased is defective and needs to be exchanged for a good product, we will only exchange the product and you will not need to return the bonus. However, in the unlikely event that a refund is required for the product price, you will need to return both the product and the bonus, so please be aware of this in advance.

Notes on purchasing merchandise on the day of the performance
*Please note that the start time of sales at the venue may change depending on the congestion situation on the day.
*Please note that depending on the situation, we may impose a maximum purchase limit for each product.
*Depending on the performance date, purchase restrictions may be imposed as follows.
*The sales floor is expected to be crowded during the opening and after the performance, so please use the venue sales as soon as possible.
*All products are limited in number and will end if they run out even before the opening time. Please note.
*Even if you do not have a ticket on the day, you can still purchase merchandise at the venue.
*Staying up all night or gathering late at night at the venue or around the venue is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to the neighbors. In addition, if any nuisance behavior is discovered, you may not be able to purchase products at the discretion of the event organizers.
*Please cooperate by following the instructions of on-site staff when lining up at the merchandise waiting area.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of the customer after purchase. Please be sure to check the product, size, quantity, change, etc. that you purchased on the spot. We cannot respond to complaints, incorrect change, declarations, or inquiries at a later date after you have left the sales floor, under any circumstances.
* In the case of defective products, exchanges can only be made at the venue on the day of purchase (until the end of sales time). We cannot accept any requests at a later date under any circumstances, so please be sure to check on the day of purchase.
*If you wish to exchange a defective product, please be sure to bring the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that if you are unable to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, we will be unable to accept returns or exchanges of the product, regardless of the reason.
In addition, only defective products are eligible for return or exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for defective products caused by not following the handling instructions on the product package or for reasons of the customer's convenience, so please check carefully before purchasing.
