■How to receive tickets
*Tickets for this performance will be available via the smartphone app "AnyPASS" (electronic ticket) https://anypass.jp/.
*A smartphone compatible with the "AnyPASS" smartphone app is required to receive tickets and enter the venue on the day of the performance.
*Only the device with the mobile phone number registered in the Mobile Phone Number (AnyPASS Ticketing) field of the customer information at the time of application will be able to receive tickets. (Ticket information is tied to the mobile phone number at the time of purchase.)
Please do not change/cancel your mobile phone number until the performance date, as you will not be able to receive tickets with other mobile phone number devices.
*Changing the phone model with the same phone number is not a problem. However, after the ticket has been issued (after you have received the ticket), you will need to complete the transfer procedure on the AnyPASS app.
*Please be sure to enter the phone number of the smartphone you will be bringing on the day of the performance.
*Each person must have one ticket to enter this performance. Please use the AnyPASS to distribute tickets to accompanying persons.
Please note that tickets for the applicant cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.
When your accompanying persons receive their tickets, they will also need to download and register (free of charge) for AnyPASS.
When applying, please make sure that all participants in the show have the following smartphones with the following compatible OS and SMS authentication available.
*If you arrive at the venue without having distributed your ticket, it may take some time before you can enter the venue.
Please be sure to distribute the tickets, register the AnyPASS of your accompanying persons and receive the tickets before your visit.
*If you purchase multiple tickets for the same date and time under the same name and mobile phone number, one ticket will always remain in the possession of each applicant.
Remaining tickets can only be used by the person who applied for the ticket. Please note that a different person will not be able to use or enter the venue.
*Only if the accompanying person is a minor and does not have a compatible smartphone, the applicant will be required to present identification and provide his/her name and contact information on the day of the performance before entering the venue.
The applicant and all accompanying persons must be present before entering the venue.
Please note that if you do not present your ID or cannot prove that you are a minor, you may not be admitted.

*TREASURE GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB TREASURE MAKER MEMBERSHIP (JP) Tickets purchased through the first and second pre-applications are eligible for the Official Resale Service.
The Official Resale Service allows people who can no longer go to an event to let go of their tickets, while those who wish to go can purchase them at a fixed price.

● All tickets for this performance will be handled as digital tickets. Please operate your smartphone by yourself under the instruction of the staff when entering the venue.
● Bringing in alcoholic beverages, consuming alcoholic beverages in the venue, and being under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.
● We will announce the details of concert goods sales at the venue and through e-commerce as soon as they are finalized.
● We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for the performers. Please note that if those items are delivered to the venue, they will be refused.
