■ Precautions when purchasing at YGEX OFFICIAL SHOP
*When making a purchase, you will need to register as a member (free of charge). To register, please enter your name, email address, gender, date of birth, and password. After registering, you will be able to log in using the registered email address and password. Registration may take some time, so we recommend that you register in advance.
*We cannot reship items returned due to a customer moving, an unknown delivery address due to an incorrect address, or a long absence. In accordance with our terms of use, your order will be canceled. Shipping, handling, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, so we will refund the remaining amount to the payment method used. We will notify you of the refund details by email when your order is canceled.
