*We are unable to answer inquiries regarding delivery dates, etc.
*The payment deadline for convenience store payments is 2 days from the date the order process is completed.
*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, changes to payment methods, or changes to products (including quantity) after an order has been completed.
*If your package is returned due to your prolonged absence or other reasons preventing you from receiving it, a redelivery fee of 2,000 yen will be charged nationwide. Cancellations due to the above reasons will not be accepted.

*Membership registration (free) is required for purchase. To register, please set your name, email address, gender, date of birth, and password. After registration, you will be able to log in with the registered email address and password. Registration may take some time, so we recommend registering in advance.
*We cannot reship items returned due to a customer moving, an unknown delivery address due to an incorrect address, or a long absence. In accordance with our terms of use, your order will be canceled. Shipping, handling, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, so we will refund the remaining amount to the payment method used. We will notify you of the refund details by email when your order is canceled.
