*We are unable to answer inquiries regarding delivery dates, etc.
*The payment deadline for convenience store payments is two days from the date your order is completed.
*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, changes to payment methods, or changes to products (including quantity) after an order has been completed.
*If the item is returned due to being absent for an extended period of time, a flat fee of 2,000 yen will be charged nationwide for redelivery. We will not accept cancellations for the above reasons.
