■Notes when purchasing on the EC site
*We are unable to answer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, etc.
*The deadline for convenience store payments is two days from the date your order is completed.
*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, changes to payment methods, or changes to products (including quantity) after an order has been completed.
*If the item is returned due to an extended absence, etc., a redelivery fee of 2,000 yen will be charged nationwide. We will not accept cancellations due to the above reasons.
*There are many cases of typos in postal codes, addresses, etc. Please enter your address correctly and double-check the confirmation screen to make sure there are no errors. Please be careful as you may not be able to make a purchase if there are any errors in the input.
・Please be sure to check the estimated delivery date on the order confirmation page before placing your order. (You cannot specify a delivery date. If you purchase multiple items with different delivery dates, the items will be shipped together after waiting for the latest arrival.)


■ Precautions when purchasing at YGEX OFFICIAL SHOP and mu-mo SHOP
Since mu-mo ID has been changed to "+ID (Plus ID)", you will need to integrate your current mu-mo ID with "+ID". Registration may take some time, so we recommend obtaining it in advance.
