■Notes when purchasing on EC sites
*We are unable to answer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, etc.
*The deadline for convenience store payments is two days from the date your order is completed.
*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, changes to payment methods, or changes to products (including quantity) after an order has been completed.
*If the item is returned due to an extended absence, etc., a redelivery fee of 2,000 yen will be charged nationwide. We will not accept cancellations due to the above reasons.

■ Precautions when purchasing at YGEX OFFICIAL SHOP and mu-mo SHOP
Since mu-mo ID has changed to "+ID (plus ID)", you will need to integrate your current mu-mo ID with "+ID". Registration may take some time, so we recommend that you obtain it in advance.
