WEB entry from PCs / mobile phones (smartphones / feature phones) (no mail)
* A total of two photo data (JPG only, within 2MB) of the whole body / bust up (the face can be clearly seen above the chest) showing the person himself / herself when applying.
* Please attach singing and dance video (there is no specified music).
* Minors require parental consent.
